Enterprise PKI (ePKI) is a managed service model that provides administrators the essential tools for full control of how Digital IDs (also known as Digital Certificates) are issued and managed under the organisation‘s legal name. The issued Digital IDs facilitate company-wide policies for secure e-mail, documents signing and networks access. Users can issue Digital IDs to multiple employees, suppliers and extranet users instantly against pre-vetted organisation profiles.

ePKI can issue two GlobalSign Digital ID types – PersonalSign and PDF Signing.
PersonalSign Digitals IDs allow users to
secure email and authenticate users to networks,
produce instantly validated Microsoft Office Suite Documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
PDF Signing Digital IDs add Approval & Certified Digital Signatures to Adobe PDF documents to allow fast creation of instantly validated and time-stamped electronic documents.
